The possible score ranges from 0 to 16 points.  An applicant should score a minimum of 10 points to have their request brought up for consideration to the board. All applicants who submit requests before January 1, 2009 will be contacted by the Coalition and provided with their initial score information so that they may have a second opportunity to reach the 10 point threshold, or to improve their narrative if they desire the opportunity to make changes in the original request.  We ask that you only submit one revision per request through January 1, 2009.  After January 1, 2009 all requests will be allowed only one application with no revisions.

If your score does not exceed 10 points and you would like to challenge the initial review decision, you may request that it be presented un-scored to the board of directors.

In order to have the highest likelihood of success it is recommended that applicants copy and paste the 8 questions into a word processing document, answer each question, then paste the completed narrative in the online form.

If you have any questions about the scoring guide, the coalitions budget restrictions or would like to challenge the initial review decision, please feel free to contact us.
